These choices are all good for you and provides the fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals your body needs to stay healthy and strong.

So make sure you work a little of these good fats into a well-rounded diet.
The simplest breakfast is to take your banana, peel back the skin and get right into eating. What could be simpler? What could be as tasty and as good for you? This must surely rate as the easiest, healthy breakfast.
It doesn’t have to be a large breakfast but one that consists of foods that will energy your brain and body. A mere cup of coffee is not substantial. If you must have your coffee, combine it with a bagel and peanut butter or fruit with cheese, or a white omelet or hard-boiled eggs and toast. When you implement these snacks your body will be happy and not feel starved when the major meal time arrives.

Study space – What is the best study space you can think of? Dedicate a quiet study space that is free from distractions where you can concentrate and focus solely on your studies. Let your friends and family know that this is your time to study and not to disturb you during these times.
Between these two feelings, what is the difference? It is the state of your life energy. Your life will be miserable when your energy flow is too. Nothing you can do will change it until you change the flow of your life energy. Being filled with positive energy, you cannot be depressed.
